By using this website or enrolling in services provided by VRS, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
VRS provides reentry stabilization support, resource navigation, structured accountability support, and skills development programming via EmpowerU Applied Skills. VRS does not guarantee employment placement, housing placement, legal case outcomes, or avoidance of criminal justice consequences.
3. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to provide accurate information, participate respectfully, follow program guidelines, comply with safety standards, and avoid disruptive or threatening behavior. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from services.
4. Non-Discrimination
VRS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, disability, or other protected status.
5. No Legal or Medical Advice
Information provided through VRS services or website is educational and supportive in nature. It does not constitute legal, medical, or therapeutic advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRS shall not be liable for decisions made by participants, third-party service provider outcomes, employment decisions by employers, or actions of referral partners. Participants assume responsibility for their choices and actions.
7. Safety & Conduct
VRS reserves the right to remove any participant who threatens staff or participants, engages in violence, violates safety rules, or engages in illegal activity during services.
8. Website Use
Users may not misuse website forms, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful software, or misrepresent identity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
